Former US Rep. Kay Granger Dies at 83

Former U.S. Rep. Kay Granger (R-Texas) died Sunday at age 83. The Republican served 28 years in Congress and made history as the first GOP woman to chair the House Appropriations Committee and as Fort Worth's first female mayor.
