Tens of thousands of migrants breach Spain-Morocco border; at least 67 dead

Tens of thousands of migrants, primarily young Moroccan men, breached the border between Morocco and Ceuta, a Spanish exclave in North Africa, beginning Thursday. At least 67 people died in the rush, including those who drowned or were killed in a stampede. Most migrants have since voluntarily returned to Morocco due to lack of food, water, and shelter; Spain is deploying military forces and installing containment barriers.
