11-person smuggling ring indicted in deaths of 7 migrants in Texas boxcar

A federal grand jury indicted 11 people in connection with the deaths of seven migrants, including a 14-year-old child, who died inside a sweltering rail cargo container in Texas. The migrants were being smuggled across the U.S.-Mexico border when they became trapped in the shipping container.
